eConsulting Service Packages for ISO9001:2000 Certification
A typical ISO9001:2000 project has two phases.
In the first phase (documentation) you have to prepare ISO9001:2000 compliant quality system documents such as quality manual, system procedures, work instructions, data collection forms etc.
The second phase (implementation) consists of employee training, implementation of quality system as per manual, record keeping in specified formats, internal audits, and finally, inviting the certifying agency for assessment leading to certification.
We offer four eConsulting service packages for ISO9001:2000 projects:
1. eConsulting Package for ISO9001: 2000 Documentation (Code: C0003)
Under this scheme, our ISO9000 consultants shall help you to develop the quality system documents complying with the ISO9001:2000 requirements.
Salient Features:
- First draft of complete Quality Manual and System Procedures to be prepared by the consultant after taking inputs from the client.
- Common quality record formats to be designed by the consultant. Client-specific formats to be prepared by client and reviewed by the consultant.
- Work instruction manual to be drafted by the client and reviewed by the consultant (specimen copies of work instructions shall be provided by the consultant so that the client can make his work instructions manual without any trouble).
- Support through email and phone.
Fees and Service Terms:
- All communications and document preparation shall be in English.
- Our consultancy fee shall be Indian Rupees 9,999 (US$ 249) only (for one ISO9001: 2000 project, for one organisation only).
- Payment (100% advance) can be made using credit card / internet banking / PayPal (through our online e-shops) or by 'At par' cheque / demand draft (off-line mode).
- Support shall be provided for a period of 180 days from the date of receipt of fee.
2. eConsulting Package for ISO9001:2000 Implementation (Code: C0004)
Under this scheme, our ISO9000 consultants shall help you to plan and execute the ISO9001: 2000 quality system development and certification project.
Salient Features:
- Our consultant shall first gather information through a questionnaire. Based on the information provided by the client, consultant shall prepare a detailed work plan for ISO9001: 2000 compliant quality system development, implementation and certification. This work plan shall be sent to the client, to be used as a guideline for project execution.
- We shall send executive training material (in the form of MS-Office Power Point slides , i.e., ppt files) on three topics, namely, "Details of ISO9001: 2000 standard and certification process", "Statistical Techniques for Quality Management", and "Concept of Internal Quality Audit".
- Our consultant shall help the client choose a suitable certifying agency, provide advice on how to close the non-conformance observations that might be raised by the certifying agency during the pre-assessment and final assessment (certification audit).
- The assigned consultant shall answer the client's all queries related to ISO9001:2000 implementation in their organisation.
- Advice to be provided through email and phone.

3. eConsulting Package for ISO9001 Documentation & Implementation (Code: C0005)
Under this scheme, our ISO9000 consultants shall help you to develop the quality system documents complying with the ISO9001:2000 requirements and provide consulting support for system implementation and certification.
Salient Features:
- This being a combination of service packages 1 and 2 mentioned above, please see the features listed against these packages.
Fees and Service Terms:
- All communications and document preparation shall be in English.
- Our consultancy fee shall be Indian Rupees 17,999 (US$ 449) only (for one ISO9001:2000 project, for one organisation only).
- Payment (100% advance) can be made using credit card / internet banking / PayPal (through our online e-shops) or by 'At par' cheque / demand draft (off-line mode).
- Support shall be provided for a period of 180 days from the date of receipt of fees.
4. ISO9001:2000 QMS Documentation Adequacy Review Service (Code: C0006)
This is somewhat a piece-meal solution, though it is very much in demand.
Suppose, you have already prepared the quality manuals and forms yourself (may be, by following some sample quality manual procured from us or other sources).
However, you might want the QMS documents thoroughly reviewed for adequacy by an experienced consultant before sending them to your ISO9001 certifying agency.
Our document adequacy review service is designed to satisfy this need.
How it works ?
Step-01: After purchasing the service, the client sends us the documents as file attachments in zipped form.
Step-02: Our consultant goes through the documents and prepares a list of shortcomings noticed in the documentation and give suggestions for rectification. He sends the report to the client.
Step-03: The client makes corrections in the documents and sends the modified documents to our consultant for a second review.
Step-04: Our consultant goes through the modified documents and informs the client whether the corrections were adequate. If not, he points out the inadequacies still present in the documents and suggests ways to remove them.
Notes:
1. Steps 3 and 4 above may repeat more than once, and the process would continue till the consultant gives OK for all documents (or till the 60 days' contract period ends).
2. Our consultant may take upto 7 days for completing one round of review and sending the review report after receiving the documents from the client.
Fees and Service Terms:
- All communication shall be in English. The documents submitted for review must be in English.
- Our professional fee shall be Indian Rupees 5,999 (US$ 149) only (for reviewing one set of ISO9001:2000 QMS documentation covering one organisation only).
- Payment (100% advance) can be made using credit card / internet banking / PayPal (through our online e-shops) or by 'At par' cheque / demand draft (off-line mode).
- Support shall be provided for a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of fees.
