The second phase (implementation) consists of employee training, implementation of quality system as per manual, record keeping in specified formats, internal audits, and finally, inviting the certifying agency for assessment leading to certification.

Details of eConsulting Package for ISO9001:2008 QMS (Code: C0005)
Under this scheme, our ISO9000 consultants shall help you to develop the quality system documents complying with the ISO9001:2008 requirements, and, help you to plan and execute the ISO9001:2008 quality system development and certification project.
Salient Features of Documentation Phase:
- Our consultant shall first gather information through a questionnaire. Based on the information provided by the client, consultant shall prepare a detailed work plan for ISO9001:2008 compliant quality system development (documentation), implementation and certification. This work plan shall be sent to the client, to be used as a guideline for project execution.
- First draft of complete Quality Manual and System Procedures to be prepared by the consultant after taking inputs from the client.
- Common quality record formats to be designed by the consultant. Client-specific formats to be prepared by client and reviewed by the consultant.
- Work instruction manual to be drafted by the client and reviewed by the consultant (specimen copies of work instructions shall be provided by the consultant so that the client can make his work instructions manual without any trouble).
- Support through email and phone.
Salient Features of Implementation Phase:
- We shall send executive training material (in the form of MS-Office Power Point slides , i.e., ppt files) on three topics, namely, "Details of ISO9001:2008 standard and certification process", "Statistical Techniques for Quality Management", and "Concept of Internal Quality Audit" and answer queries on the topics covered in the training material.
- Our consultant shall help the client choose a suitable certifying agency, provide advice on how to close the non-conformance observations that might be raised by the certifying agency during the pre-assessment and final assessment (certification audit).
- The assigned consultant shall answer the client's all queries related to ISO9001:2008 implementation in their organisation.
- Advice to be provided through email and phone.
Fees and Service Terms:
- All communications and document preparation shall be in English.
- Our consultancy fee shall be Indian Rupees 22,999 (US$ 497) only (for one ISO9001:2008 project, for one organisation only).
- Payment (100% advance) can be made using credit card / internet banking / PayPal (through our online e-shop) or by 'At par' cheque / demand draft (off-line mode).
- Support shall be provided for a period of 365 days from the date of receipt of fee.
